Fulfillment comes from building and nurturing relationships. All of my experiences, both positive and negative, have taught me that humans need each other. No person should be an island.
Includer.
As far back as I can remember, I have strived to be an includer at home, in the community, and the workplace. Now, as an adult, my mission is to create safe spaces for all those I come into contact with.
Maximizer.
Tupac Shakur said it best, “Trying to make a dollar out of fifteen cents.” Maximizing resources is a skill I have. I had a humble upbringing and it experience gifted me a skill I would not have had if I was born with a silver spoon.
